International Conference INACFAP 2014 in Physics at Kanchi SCSVMV University
A two day International Conference was organized at SCSVMV
University, Enathur, Kanchipuram. Dr. K. Venkatramanan, Head of the Department
of Physics welcomed the gathering. The conference was inaugurated by the
Registrar of the University Prof. Dr. G.Srinivasu. Dean of Science Prof. Dr. A.
Jayalakshmi felicitated the gathering. Prof. Veeraragavan Ramachandran of Purdue
University, USA gave the inaugural address and released the conference
proceedings and research compendium.
In this two day conference, Prof. Veeraragavan Ramachandran from USA, Prof. T.S.
Natarajan, IIT Chennai, Dr. C.V. Natarajan, Director, TESSOL, Bangalore, Profs.
Aithal and Thukkaram from Manipal Institute, Dr. Srinivasan, Scientist, CECRI,
Karaikudi, Dr. Pathinettam Padiyan, Professor of Physics, Manonmaniam Sundaranar
Unviersity, Tirunelveli, Dr. B.V.R.Tata, Scientific Officer, IGCAR, Kalpakkam
and Dr. S. Gunasekaran, Research Dean, St.Peter’s University participated and
delivered their research findings and discussion. More than 100 professors and
research scholars from various countries participated in the conference and
submitted their research articles. Certificates were issued to all the
participants along with the best performance certificates. Conference Organizing
Secretary Prof. R. Raja carried over all the necessary arrangements for the
execution of the conference.
