1. Hostel fees stated above shall be payable in full (for the year) irrespective of the actual duration of stay for whatsoever reason.
For the sake of clarification, the duration of stay may vary from one person to another due to various reasons such as vacating from hostel (voluntary or involuntary),course-discontinuation, university closure or extended vacation per management decision, extended absence of the student due to medical reasons, internship, industrial visit, external projects, etc.,
2. Without prejudice to above and subject to acceptance of above condition, the students may avail option of payment of hostel fees in two instalmentsi.e., 50% of total fee before commencement of odd semester and remaining 50% before commencement of even semester.
3. Provided further that no student shall be permitted inside the hostel premises unless 50% of the total hostel fee is paid on or before commencement of odd semester and 100% of fee paid on or before commencement of even semester.
*A yearly increase of 5-10 % of the total annual hostel fee is applicable.
