The Department of Computer Science and Applications conducted a
two day national workshop on Data Analysis using SPSS and AMOS
on March 15th and 16th 2013. Participants from
universities and colleges took part in the workshop. March 15th
, 2013 (Day-1) was started with Prayer and Lightning of
Kutthuvillakku. A warm welcome address was given by
Dr.N.R.Ananthanarayanan, Head, Department of Computer Science
and Applications.
Dr. R.Ravananan Associate Professor, Department of Statistics,
Presidency College, Chennai was the Chief Guest of Honor. Vote
of Thanks was presented by Mr.S.Babu, Assistant Professor,
Department of Computer Science & Applications, SCSVMV
University.
16th March 2013 (Day-2), the certificate distribution
function was held. The programme started with welcome address by
Dr.N.R.Ananthanarayanan, Head, Department of Computer Science &
Application. Vice – Chancellor ,Registrar along with chief guest
gave away the certificates to the participants. This was
followed by a feedback session in which participants gave their
feedback and opinions regarding the workshop. Mr.S.Babu,
Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science and
Applications (CSA) gave vote of thanks. The programme concluded
with National Anthem. |
