ELITE 2k18 - the 4th national level technical symposium is being conducted by the Department of Computer Science and Applications on 12th October 2018. ELITE 2k18 commenced with the inaugural function at 10.00 am. Welcome address by Prof. Dr. S. Rajalakshmi, Head of CSA Dept and also the convener of ELITE 2k18,
The Presidential address for ELITE-2k18 was given by Dr. G. Srinivasu, our Honorable Registrar, SCSVMV University. The chief guest for the day was Industrial Expert Mr.M.S.Rakesh, Consultant HR, Capgemini Technology Services India Ltd., Chennai. A special souvenir brought out for the occasion with a compendium of technical articles was released by our Registrar.
Valedictory address was given by Prof. Dr. S. Balaji, Dean (Faculty of Science) and also prize was distributed for winners and runners. There were 4 technical (K-corner, paper presentation, poster presentation and software debugging) and 5 non-technical (quiz, ad zap, Painting, Short film, Mock Interview) events conducted on the day.
Our Faculty members took charge as Event Organizers, student from Post graduate played a role as student coordinators and few students actively involved as volunteers to bring this function a grand success. Various committees were formed and actively involved.
Students from PG and UG took role as office bearers and proved their sincerity with their dedicative efforts. Our sincere thanks to Sponsor team, who have shown their support and stood on back screen to make this function a colorful one.
