HANDS ON WORKSHOP ON SOFTWARE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN USING ACME TOOL
(HWSADA’15) 2nd September - 2015
Department of computer science and engineering organized one day hands on workshop on “Software Architectural Design Using ACME Tool” on 2nd September 2015 in SCSVMV University, Enathur, Kanchipuram.
The goal of this workshop is to explore the Software engineering principles and design Practices for Distributed Environment and also emphasizing on the latest trends in Big Data and Cloud Computing. In this workshop 52 students are participated. Three sessions were taken place.
Session – I was handled by the resource person Ms. R. POORVADEVI, Assistant Professor, CSE Department covered the topics like View on computing paradigms, Software Architectural design challenges, Focus on Cloud and Big data Applications.
Session – II was handled by the resource person Ms. D. THAMARAISELVI, Assistant Professor, CSE Department covered the topics such as, SDLC in commercial distributed applications, Significant role of web service composition.
Session – III was covered with the hands on training of ACME Tool (Installation, Overview of tool, Software Designing, Implementation). The workshop was successfully concluded.
