“Parents Meeting”

Department of Computer Science and Engineering of SCSVMV University, organized Parents Meeting on Monday,3rd August, 2015 during 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm. The meeting was organized for parents of first year students, Aim of organizing this Meeting was to make parents aware about Rules and Regulations of University and Academic and attendance information of their son/daughter . We have invited parents of 55 students. Dr.R. Vasanth Kumar Mehta, Head of the Department presented a detailed profile about the department in terms of programmes, infrastructure and facilities, MOUs and collaborations ,placements and career options.
Ms.C.SunithaRam Assistant Professor, Department of CSE provided information about the rules, regulations, academic schedule etc.
Mr.ArunKumar,Manager, Indian Bank, Enathur explained about the banking facilities and loan schemes.
Ms.R.Prema and Mr.V.Balu First Year Coordinators, organized the event.
A demonstration of Student Management System and how parents can keep themselves updated about their wards program was given.
This was followed by one to one interaction of students with their parents and I year coordinators.
