Power Seminar on Cloud & Big Data 15^th Nov2014

Department of Computer Science and Engineering hosted the Power Seminar on Cloud and Big Data for the Students in association with ICT Academy Tamilnadu on 15^th Nov2014. Head of the Department Mr.R.Vasanth Kumar Mehta, gave the welcome address and Chief guests from the industry inaugurated the power seminar. Students from CSE, IT and MCA Departments took active part in this seminar, around 80 students are benefited from the same.

First Session was Handled by the Resource person Mr.Karthikeyan, Delivery Partner from Mind Tree, discussed about Cloud Computing and its implementation challenges.Followed by Mr.Raj Manickam, Co-Founder from Finix, had a discussion about Latest trend in Big Data Analytics and how to handle volumne’s data in cloud. From ICT Academy Mr.Krishna Kumar, Regional manager and Mr.Harinarayanan & Mr.Balamurugan, Public Relation Officers also take part of this seminar.

The Seminar was concluded with the Vote of Thanks by Mr.S.Ramamoorthy, Assistant professor, & ICT institutional Member Coordinator.
