Online tenders/quotations are invited from reputed Companies / Suppliers for the Upgradation of Anvikshiki – School of Law for Women at Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Viswa Mahavidyalaya, Enathur, Kanchipuram – 631561.

Eligibility Criteria

The bidder must be an authorized supplier or service provider for the quoted products.
Experience in supplying similar items is essential (proof of past supply must be submitted).

Bid Details

The contract period is 60 days from the date of order.
The quoted prices should be fixed and inclusive of all taxes, duties, transportation, and installation charges.

Vendor Guidelines / Instructions for Quotation Submission

Ensure that all quoted materials strictly adhere to the specifications mentioned in the tender document.
Submit your quotation before the tender closing date and time; late submissions will not be accepted.
Each page of the quotation must be signed and sealed by the authorized signatory.
Conditional or incomplete bid will lead to disqualification.

Tender Submission Instructions for Vendors

Vendors are requested to register themselves by furnishing the required details in the vendor registration.
Upon successful registration, please proceed to login and fill the details of quote and remarks in the corresponding columns.
You can keep adding or editing your details till the Final Submission.
You are required to submit your tender within the expiry of the submission due date of the tender.
After Final Submission, vendors are requested to download the PDF version and print it on their company letterhead.
