SCSVMV - NSS REPORT ON BLOOD DONATION CAMP HELD ON 14-02-2014 CHROMPET, CHENNAI

NSS wing of SCSVMV participated in the massive blood donation camp at government bus depot, chrompet, Chennai on 14-02-2014, organized by transport department, Tamilnadu. Nearly 100 NSS volunteers from SCSVMV participated in the blood donation camp and 55 blood donors donated their blood. Certificates were issued to them by the government at the spot. This event was initiated by Regional Transport Officer, Kanchipuram. NSS Co-ordinator, Mr.M.Sundarrajan, NSS Programme officer Mr. B. Muthukumar, Mr.J.S. Shyam Mohan and Mrs. K. Rajalakshmi organized the camp. The vice-chancellor sanctioned permission to conduct the above camp and the Registrar and the Chief Administrative Officer rendered their full support for conducting the event.
