Alumni Connect webinar – “Harnessing Energy from Solar”

On 4th April 2025, Alumni Connect webinar titled “Harnessing Energy from Solar” was conducted in Power Simulation Lab by 10.30 – 11.30AM, aiming to explore the delivery of energy from Solar. More than 40 students from EEE, Civil, IT, CSE department attended the webinar.
EEE department Alumni 2021 Batch Mr.Rohith Lavakumar, Site Electrical Engineer, delivered an enlightening presentation on the significance of Solar energy. The speaker aimed to provide insights into the advancements, benefits, and challenges of solar energy as a sustainable alternative to fossil fuels.
The webinar was an informative session that provided valuable insights into the potential of solar energy as a key contributor to the global energy transition. Participants gained a deeper understanding of the technological, economic, and environmental aspects of solar energy. The event concluded with a Q&A session, allowing attendees to interact with experts and clarify their queries on solar energy implementation.
