SCSVMV has launched B.Sc. Cardiac Technology, from the academic year 2024-25. Cardiac Technology is one of the leading allied healthcare specializations, which deals with invasive cardiology, echo cardiography and vascular technology. The Cardiac technicians also perform non-invasive tests such as electrocardiogram and diagnostic ultra sound.

In consonance to the vision of our University, our B.Sc in Cardiac Technology program trains students in cardiac care and technology, covering cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, pathology, diagnostic procedures, and treatment techniques. Students gain experience in performing tests like ECGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and Holter monitoring. The curriculum emphasizes critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with courses in medical ethics, patient care, and healthcare management. Graduates can work as cardiac technologists in various healthcare settings or pursue further education in cardiac care.

We have tie-ups with renowned multi specialty hospitals, wherein our students will gain practical, hands on experience in patient care and rehabilitation under professional guidance.

Entry Qualification : A pass in +2  pass with  at least 50%  marks in  PCBZ / PCBM
