Submission of admission applications to the University

      Application submission through Online:

         • Application submission is online and shall be submitted via the website https://kanchiuniv.ac.in/admission
         • One candidate shall submit only one application form.
         • The candidates are advised to have their own personal and valid email id and mobile number.
         • The candidates are advised to retain the registered mobile number and email-id till the admission procedures are completed as all important updates will be informed.
         • You need to complete following sections in order to submit the application:

      Application submission through Offline:

         • Application Form and Prospectus can be obtained in person at the Admission Office of SCSVMV, Enathur, Kanchipuram.
         • The applications duly filled should be sent either by Registered Post or can be handed over in person at the Admission office of the University.

Counselling for Admission

      Venue

          Counselling for all the degree courses will be conducted at SCSVMV University, Enathur, Kanchipuram.
          Candidates must be accompanied by the parents to the counselling session.

      Date and Time

          Candidates will be called for counselling as per their order of merit is each course.
          Candidates to be called for counselling will be intimated through call letters and in the official web site of SCSVMV University.
          No change of date/time of counselling is permissible.

      Selection Procedure

          1. Candidates will be invited for counselling session based on the Merit List
          2. One or more counselling sessions will be held depending on the vacancy of seats.
          3. Candidates can choose their preferred specialization/branch based on
             (a) Merit List based on Score obtained.
             (b) Fulfilling the programme-specific eligibility criteria
             (c) subject to the availability of seats at that point of time.
          4. Upon selection of specialization/branch full tuition fees and other applicable fees have to be paid at the time of counselling
          5. Provisional Allotment Letter will be issued to confirm the candidate's admission.
