1. Hostel fees stated above shall be payable in full (for the year) irrespective of the actual duration of stay for whatsoever reason.
For the sake of clarification, the duration of stay may vary from one person to another due to various reasons such as vacating from hostel (voluntary or involuntary),course-discontinuation, university closure or extended vacation per management decision, extended absence of the student due to medical reasons, internship, industrial visit, external projects, etc.,
2. Hostel Facility Access Fee to be remitted in full as per circular issued.
*A Yearly increase of 5- 10 % of the total annual hostel fee is applicable
