Embarking on a Journey of Knowledge, Service, Excellence
The Ānvikshiki School of Law for Women and the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences jointly held their Inaugural Ceremony for the Academic Year 2026–2027 on Monday, 3 August 2026, at the Seminar Hall, Central Library. Themed “Embarking on a Journey of Knowledge, Service, Excellence,” the event formally welcomed the newly admitted first-year students of both departments.
Ceremonial Opening
The programme began with an invocation prayer and the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, marking a sacred start to the academic year for the new cohort of students.
Welcome & Inaugural Addresses
A Welcome Address was delivered by Dr. Priyadharshini, Head of the Department. The Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor delivered the Inaugural Address, followed by addresses from the Dean, Ānvikshiki School of Law for Women, and Dr. K. Venkataramanan, Dean, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences — both offering valuable guidance and encouragement to the new students.
