The School of Education of SCSVMV, organized a Guest lecture on “Recent Trends in School Education” on April 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the Seminar Hall. The program began with a warm welcome address by Prof.K.Venkatramanan, Dean, Faculty of Education. The distinguished resource person, Shri.M.Jayendran, Director, Sri Jayendra Swamigal Vidhya Kendra, Tirunelveli, Director, Sri Jayendra Swamigal Silver Jubilee Matriculation Hr.Sec School, Tirnelveli & Director, Sri Lalitha Vidhyasram Matriculation School, Tirunelveli delivered an engaging talk highlighting the school curriculum and their emphasis on competency-based learning, holistic student development, and experiential approaches. He also shared his personal experiences in the educational sector, offering practical insights into curriculum implementation and institutional leadership. The session concluded with a vote of thanks by Mrs.J.Jayapriya, Head, School of Education, who expressed gratitude to the resource person.
